We are a Chartered Measured Building Surveying consultancy practice, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) based in London, specialising in all aspects of measured building, engineering surveys, and 3D HDS laser scanning measurements. Established and managed by experienced, RICS chartered surveyors, we have distinctive and notable expertise in producing complex and detailed as-built measured surveys, detailed 2D CAD drawings, and 3D models in natural, built environments and construction.

Our company has been established and led by an MRICS chartered, qualified surveyor and experienced survey manager who has a passion for measurements, drawings, and accuracy in surveys.

Our experience and expert knowledge in measured building, engineering, and topographic surveys, quality and high standards of our drawings and models, attention to detail, and great communication with our clients help us in expanding our survey company, winning a considerable number of projects, many of which are with reputable companies.

We equally treat all of our projects with adequate attention and respect whether it is a private, small measured building survey for the purpose of planning permission and design or big commercial projects for refurbishment or construction.

We care about all of our clients making sure that our surveys and drawings are fit for purpose, detailed, and accurate.

With more than 18 years of experience in measured surveys of different complexity of residential, commercial, and historic buildings using a variety of survey instruments and software we are capable of delivering and producing drawings of any geometry and intricacy.

Due to our expert knowledge in measured surveying and 3D HDS laser scanning in particular, in every one of our surveys, measurements are accurately and coherently processed and brought into a common reference grid system. We use a 3D Measurement Point Cloud to create our 2D drawings or 3D BIM models.

We have a good track record of delivering excellent quality, bespoke drawings and reports. They vary from simple to sophisticated and often include complex architectural and engineering elements. Many of the drawings are produced for planning permission, design, architecture and more recently for replacement of existing façade panel systems, roofs and removal of unsafe cladding from England's high-rise buildings.

We are experts in area measurement surveys and reports in accordance with the RICS Property Measurement Standards.

Our clients include leading architects, developers, engineers, institutions and contractors, and we work throughout the U.K.

All of our surveys are of a non-intrusive nature and projects are carried out in the safest, most sustainable, environmental way. Our team is fully focused on client satisfaction and is dedicated to ensuring all client needs are met efficiently, delivering exceptional quality surveys.
